TASK 4: Annalise Buttitta,1st June 2011
I was shopping at the local food market and wanted to purchase a bunch of bananas but as it was at the end of the day there were none left. I decided to then ask for assistance and the worker told me to hold on a minute. So i then continued to collect the rest of my groceries and 5 min later when i went back to the empty stand it was still empty. About 10 minutes after waiting he finally came back and asked what can he be of assistance of, i asked him nicely if there were any bananas out the back and he told me he was pretty sure there were and said he wont be long. After waiting 15-20 minutes he still did not come back so i decided to just leave the shop. I Made a complete to the manager and left the market very annoyed.
TASK 5: I experienced good quality customer service when i attend a corner cafe. I walked in and the waitress asked if i wanted a window seat of some where in the middle. I took my seat and straight away gave me a menu and asked if i would like a drink. Within the next 5 minutes i had the drink i asked for and she took my order. When the food was ready she gave it to me and half way through my meal asked it everything was ok, if i needed anything and topped up my drink. She always approached me with a smile and made me feel very welcome and myy experience in the cafe very enjoyable.
